Due to the hotel and catering cancellation policy, JCO has adopted the following policy in the event that your plans change. Thank you for your understanding.

If cancellation is at least one month before the event, full reimbursement will be provided.

If cancellation is at least two weeks before the event, reimbursement cannot be provided but rescheduling is possible.

If cancellation is within two weeks of the event, no reimbursement or rescheduling is possible.
