Training

Whether you are in regular contact with Japanese business people or working in a Japanese company, you will inevitably encounter different customs and business practices. So the sooner you learn how to recognize and adjust to those differences, the easier your work life will be.

Following JCO’s methodology, we make the program as interactive as possible, keeping the audience focused by using different teaching approaches (group discussions, case-studies, videos). We give the participants the chance to immediately put into practice what they have learned through communication exercises and role-plays.

The descriptions given below are general outlines. In reality, each training will be customized to respond to your specific needs. JCO will therefore work in close collaboration with your organization to assess those needs and propose a program accordingly.
