Content
By the end of the day you will:

• Learn the fundamentals of European/ Belgian culture(s) and its influence on business culture
• Better understand the European/Belgian work environment and be more comfortable interacting with your colleagues
• Develop your communication skills
• Be more aware of European/Belgian business etiquette
• Learn the expectations of your European/Belgian colleagues, and how to perform better

The trainer, will illustrate the content with many examples from his own or his clients’ experience.
