Content
By the end of the day you will:

• Learn the fundamentals of Japanese culture and its influence on business culture
• Better understand the Japanese work environment and be more comfortable interacting with your colleagues
• Develop your communication skills
• Be more aware of Japanese business etiquette
• Learn to better negotiate with Japanese
• Learn the expectations of your Japanese colleagues, and how to perform better

The trainer, will illustrate the content with many examples from his own or his clients’ experience.
