Company Specific Training
The following training programmes are designed for Japanese companies as described below in JCO's Pyramid of Excellence. This schema is designed to give you a solid foundation to progressively increase collaboration and performance.

CROSS-CULTURAL TRAINING PROGRAMMES
Cross-cultural training programmes teach the fundamentals of European and Japanese business culture in order to better understand one another and improve communication in the workplace.
MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAMMES
Management training programmes focus on developing efficiency in leadership and supervisory roles. The content differs for Japanese and non-Japanese managers in order to address the areas of work that are essential to success in their management positions.
SPECIALIZED TRAINING PROGRAMMES
Specialized training programmes, such as those focusing on self improvement, communications, and team-building, are tailored to the client’s needs. JCO’s cross-cultural expertise makes these training programmes more relevant and valuable for your company.
Training programmes are developed with you for your team and can be carried out in groups (maximum of 12 participants per training), as one-on-one trainings (including executive coaching), or in combination with company events, for example, a team-building weekend. For CEOs and and other busy executives, we offer a condensed version of our full curriculum that can be delivered outside of business hours (Executive coaching).
We also offer for individuals both pre-departure training (for future expatriates to Japan) and Japanese spouses training upon arrival in Europe.
